CaseLogistix Overview

Anacomp's litigation support solutions facilitate and accelerate a broad array of eDiscovery processes, including the preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review and production of paper and electronically stored information (ESI).

CaseLogistix, Anacomp's flagship litigation support software, enables legal teams to quickly review, analyze and produce digital evidence. CaseLogistix supports these stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and streamlines:
  • Organization (dynamic clustering and foldering)
  • Review
  • Analysis
  • Reporting
  • Production
eDiscovery Reference Model Available on your desktop, on your network or on the Web, CaseLogistix provides a highly scalable, powerful and flexible solution for early case review through complex litigation. Combining a simple, configurable user interface and comprehensive review capabilities allows attorneys to focus on review rather than training. Additionally, CaseLogistix integration platform maximizes your ability to use a variety of tools like iPro, Equivio and Syngence.

CaseLogistix users can be set up to access only the data, documents and functionality particular to their roles. Administrators will find the automated organizational structure of Intellifolders a lifesaver, with its reusable matter templates, advanced scripting capabilities and workflow design features. CaseLogistix is fully Unicode compliant, and the user interface can be localized for foreign countries.

Finally, CaseLogistix is the only platform on the market that takes a docNative Paradigm approach to eDiscovery. As such, CaseLogistix not only addresses reviewing single and multi-page document images such as TIFFs, but focuses on the actual document in its original, unaltered native format (e.g. email, Web/XML, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and even voice and video) or near-native format (e.g. PDF and HTML). In doing so, the TIFFing conversion step can be skipped until the end of the discovery process, and only then as needed for production.

By empowering users to work with over 150 file types without requiring the creation of TIFF images on the front end, users can greatly accelerate review, cut processing costs in half and reduce associated risks. In addition and perhaps more importantly this native file review method also supports compliance with new FRCP around ESI.
