Atessa Benefits Selects Anacomp for Document Scanning and Streamlined Digital Access


Benefits Consultant Turns to Anacomp for Back-File Conversion Services

SAN DIEGO, CA, OCTOBER 7, 2008 - Anacomp® Inc., a leading business process solutions company, today announced that Atéssa Benefits, a leading benefits administration and consulting services company, has selected Anacomp to provide document scanning and capture services that will convert its paper benefits documents into digital files for easy access and storage. The digitization of these records will allow multiple users to instantly retrieve them and help enable the company to continue providing outstanding service to its wide range of clients.

The documents, numbering approximately 700,000 pages of compliance records, provider identification information, benefit files and pension administration, will be scanned and indexed by an identification code and converted into digital files available on compact disks (CDs). Files will be subsequently loaded into the company’s document database for immediate retrieval.
