Anacomp Recognized by Northrop Grumman as World-Class Supplier

Company Receives 2009 Annual Quality Award

SAN DIEGO, CA, DECEMBER 22, 2009 —Anacomp® Inc., a leading provider of eDiscovery and information management services and solutions, today announced that it is the recipient of a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) annual supplier award. Anacomp received Northrop Grumman's "2009 World-Class Team Supplier" Award. This annual award honor suppliers that consistently deliver the highest quality, innovative products and services while meeting rigorous program management criteria, including outstanding cost management and on-time delivery.

Anacomp was recognized for its work on a key initiative within the Office of Personnel Management's Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) program. The electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) program, a key component of EHRI, offers on-demand 24/7 Web-based access of personnel folders to Human Resources (HR) staff, managers, and employees. As the supplier of document conversion services to Northrop Grumman, Anacomp provides a center of excellence for paper HR record (OPF) conversion, utilizing continuous process improvement and a metrics driven approach to deliver electronic documents and data into Northrop Grumman's eOPF solution.
