Imaging Platforms: DataMASTER™II
The DataMASTER II is a versatile, high-speed, microfilm duplicator that produces the highest quality Vesicular or Diazo duplicates from the fiche masters. Engineered specifically for high-volume applications, the DataMASTER combines exceptional durability with operational ease and user-friendly software. In addition, its AutoFEED and AutoSORT features automate the entire duplication process.
Features
The XFP2000®Connection
Although the DataMASTER II can function as a stand-alone system,
it is the most valuable when configured with Anacomp 's XFP2000
imaging platform. Connected via the InterLINK conveyor assembly,
the DataMASTER II automatically receives finished master fiche
from the XFP2000 for duplication. When configured with the
AutoFEED and AutoSORT features, the system fully automates the
fiche duplication process, reducing processing time and labor
costs by up to 50 percent.
Full Automation with AutoFEED and AutoSORT
The AutoFEED is an automated fiche loader that holds up to 60
master fiche and places them one at a time onto the DataMASTER
's platen for duplication. The AutoSORT is a versatile
sorter/collator that features five removable sorting bins with
up to 50 slots per bin and a total capacity of up to 12,500
duplicates. Five extra bin racks are also provided to allow the
system to continue sorting while previous jobs are being removed
and packaged..
Bar-Code Reader Provides Even Greater Speed and Efficiency
The DataMASTER's innovative bar code reader reads the bar codes
imprinted on the master fiche and automatically specifies the
number of duplicates to be made. The Bar Code Reader can also be
used in conjunction with the AutoSORT
Image Direct provides state-of-the-art client server capability, using industry standard workstations, to take your scanned or encoded data (bitmaps) from your network to the XFP2000, using either 105mm or 16mm film formats as required. Image Direct runs under both Windows®NT 4.0 SP6, Windows®2000 Professional and Windows XP.
