Effective December 15, 2009, Anacomp has completed the sale of its Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) Division to DecisionOne Corporation. This is to sharpen the focus on Anacomp's core business of providing eDiscovery, Litigation Support and Information Capture, Conversion and Management Solutions to Government, Corporate and Law Firm customers.
