Staging and Repair
With main repair depots in North America and Europe, Anacomp is well positioned to satisfy the off-site requirements of our clients. We perform manufacturing, configuration, refurbishment and repair services where partners are required to provide customer fulfillment services on a local or global scale. This enables our partners to reduce their investments in capital and infrastructure and allows you to focus on the continued development of your core business activities.
Anacomp also has the knowledge, industry contacts and the capability to purchase the component parts, perform the build operations, install the software and ship your complete solution directly to the customer site where it can be installed and maintained by trained and certified Anacomp field engineers.
Exchange Program Management
Many companies have been driven by market demand to offer an immediate exchange of defective products within their warranty period. Anacomp has the capability and resources to manage the entire process; from taking the original customer order to, configuring and delivering the replacement product. If it is required, an engineer will be deployed on- site to perform the installation. The significance of this program is that it allows our customers to focus on achieving product sales targets, knowing that they can count on Anacomp to manage their service delivery.
Logistics Management and Distribution
Anacomp offers its customers the use of our warehousing facilities in multiple locations to store equipment and spare parts. Our warehouses have high pallet racking and fully computerized stock locating systems to ensure 99.9% on inventory reporting. Parts can be shipped anywhere in the world utilizing our global network of freight companies and existing distribution channels.
