As a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader and business partner, Ms. Basler has used her diverse human resources background and experience to affect positive change in the organization’s where she’s worked.
Prior to joining Anacomp, Ms. Basler held human resources leadership positions in the financial sector, including Scottrade and TD Ameritrade. Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed Ms. Basler to combine decisiveness, strong business acumen and formal education to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.
Ms. Basler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, a PHR certification from the HR Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
